From first competition to national stage

Our three-tier competition programme takes dancers from age 6 through to 17+ across dance, acro, street, and musical theatre. Squads rehearse weekly and compete throughout the year at BDO Dance Championships, Hotshot, Free Spirit, and Sevenoaks.

Tiers

Three squads, one progression

Every squad rehearses weekly across multiple disciplines. Dancers move up through the tiers as their technique, stage craft, and age bracket develop.

Ages 6 to 8
Juniors Competition Squad
The first step into competitive dance, building stage confidence and performance skills in a supportive environment.

Intermediates Competition Squad
